How is CRO, Conversion Rate Optimization Different than SEO?
SEO is only one tool. Used alone, or driven by an employee that doesn’t have P/L responsibility, SEO doesn’t usually take into account how many visitors convert to money and profits. CRO sits ABOVE all the various modalities of search engine optimization such as PPC, content marketing and all the other “techniques”and is where RESPONSIBILITY for PROFITS lives.
